  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the word count detection in Mandarin. Thank you for raising this concern. Currently, the word count detection feature may not fully support Mandarin, which can lead to inaccurate assessments of your content length.

We recommend replying to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will take over and provide further assistance regarding this matter.

    Thank you for your understanding!

    Hello,

Currently, Rank Math is unable to detect the correct word count for the Mandarin language. Therefore, you see an incorrect word count in the content analysis.

In this case, you can simply ignore the test as the SEO score is only for your reference and will not affect your site’s SEO performance.

However, web crawlers will be able to detect the correct word count and that’s what matters. You can also disable the test by using the following filter on your site:https://rankmath.com/kb/disable-seo-content-tests/#length-of-the-content

Here is how to add the filters to your site: https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/

    Looking forward to helping you.
