Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with your schema setup. To clarify, you do not need to add both Service schema and Article schema together for service pages. Each page should have a single schema type that best represents its content. If a page is dedicated to a specific service, it should use the Service schema type.
Here’s how you can set up the Service schema correctly for your service pages:
-
Edit Your Post or Page: Navigate to the post or page you want to edit and click on the Edit button.

-
Select Rank Math Schema: Look for the Rank Math icon in the Gutenberg sidebar on the right-hand side of your screen and click on it to expand the Rank Math panel.

-
Choose Service Schema: In the Rank Math panel, select the Service schema type for that specific page. Make sure to fill out all relevant fields to provide detailed information about the service.
-
Test Your Schema: After setting up the schema, use Google’s Rich Results Testing Tool to verify that your Service schema is implemented correctly.

-
Wait for Re-indexing: After making changes, remember that it may take some time for Google to re-index your pages and reflect the changes in search results.
If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

Why Are My Rich Snippets Not Showing Up in Google Search? » Rank Math
this is a problem, because i add us a single shema just a service and its not showing in rich results test
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.
Please share the link or example link where you’re having this issue. Please also share a screenshot of your Schema section of the shared pages.
You can share images with us by uploading them to an image hosting site like Imgur, and then sharing the generated URL with us here.
We are looking forward to hearing back from you.
Hello,
The reason you’re not seeing the Service structured data on Google’s Rich Result Test is because the Rich Results Test only reports top-level entities that generate Rich Results in Google. The Services schema is not one of them. In this case, your Service schema will be displayed as its top-level entity, which is the Local Business schema.
To confirm that you have set up the service schema correctly, you can use the Schema.org Validator, which validates all schema entities, not just top-level ones.
You can refer to this guide for the full list of structured data markup that Google supports for Rich Results.
We hope this helps clarify the issue. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
but why on pages where i ad us articikle showing straight away? i don’t believe its because off thet, in thet case all pages will be undated
Hello,
As mentioned before, Google’s Rich Result test only detects top-level entities that generate Rich Results in Google. The Article schema is one of them, but the Services schema does not generate rich results on Google, so the Rich test will not detect it.
You can see all the schema types supported by the Rich Result test here: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/structured-data/search-gallery
We hope this helps clarify the issue. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
