bug with v1.0.225, when you redirect a 404 URLs – nothing happens.

That is correct. If you click on the “Redirect” action for an entry in your 404 Monitor Log, you are forwarded to the redirection settings where you can set a redirection for that 404 URL. You can redirect it to any page you want but make sure it is relevant and doesn’t confuse the user.

That’s not supposed to happen.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients

Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.

You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and the issue is fixed.
