Withdrawing payment from my credit card

    Hello; I haven’t had a rank math subscription plan for a long time. Also, I had removed my rank math subscription plans a long time ago. And I no longer use rank math in the business and agency plans. However, today, August 7, I noticed that 244 was withdrawn from my credit card and I called the bank.

    When I looked at the rank math panel, I saw that Content AI Expert $203.88 × 1
    Money was withdrawn.

    This subscription package was not previously in my panel or was added without me noticing. I requested the cancellation of the payment from the bank. I don’t use it either.

    Could you please refund the payment.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    This is a subscription you purchased on August 7th last year. Here’s the invoice for that subscription: [see Sensitive Data section].

    Our refund policy does not extend to renewal subscriptions. Before the renewal happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s). Did you not receive that? Please let us know. We are here to assist you with your refund request.
