We apologize for the issue you are facing while trying to connect your Rank Math account to your Mail Services. It seems like there might be a problem with the connection process that is redirecting you back to your WordPress dashboard.
To troubleshoot this issue, we recommend checking the following:
- Ensure that your website URL is correctly set in the WordPress settings.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try connecting again.
- Disable any conflicting plugins temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.

Dear Support Team,

Cleared browser cache and cookies.
Problem not solved.
Kindly Check.
Hello,
For initial troubleshooting, please make sure you’re using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin on your website: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/
After that, please check if there’s some security rule inside your .htaccess
file which may prevent saving the settings.
You can also use the default .htaccess
file from here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/htaccess/
Please do take a complete backup of your website before modifying your .htaccess as it is a sensitive file.
If the issue persists, you can follow this guideline to check if any of your plugins/themes are conflicting with Rank Math: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Let us know how this goes.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
