After a mandatory PHP upgrade on my site, from 7.4 to 8.2, RankMath unusable and host disabled. Need it working.

We apologize for the issue you are facing with Rank Math after upgrading your PHP version. Rank Math requires a minimum PHP version of 7.4, and while it is compatible with PHP 8.0 and 8.1, there may be some compatibility issues with PHP 8.2 as it is a newer version.

I only had options of PHP versions PHP 7.1, PHP 7.2, PHP 7.3, and PHP 7.4, which are all expired, or 8.2. I was on 7.4. I don’t have option of 8.0 or 8.1.

It was installed and activated by my IT tech I hire. I don’t know which email he used. It was working fine for a long time until I had to upgrade/update the PHP. Then it crashed my site by putting words everywhere all over the main page. Had to have host server provider fix. All errors we found were due to RankMath plugin, so they disabled it. Yes, it is Rank Math SEO PRO Version 3.0.0.

That version of the PRO plugin is very old so we would recommend that you ask your IT tech to install the latest version of the PRO plugin which can be downloaded from the account used to make the PRO purchase.
The version you mentioned is from 2021 and it’s not compatible with the latest version of the Free version of WordPress so you should definitely update to the latest version of the PRO plugin.

So because I had to do a mandatory PHP upgrade, I lose my version of RankMath because it’s a 2021 version you say is too old?!?! Now I have to pay again! You just simply tell me to go pay again for your newest version! That doesn’t seem like great customer service!
Will I also keep all the info in there that I already have and worked hard to do?

I don’t see a way to “update” to the latest version of RankMath in my plugin section of WordPress.

As I stated previously in these emails, I paid a 3rd party IT company person for it, and he added it, installed it, and integrated it to my site (among other items). He installed it, so I cannot provide a FastSpring receipt. I reached out to him, and he cannot (will not) provide me with his email he used for it or any receipts. It was in April of this year. I have paid for it, had it, used it, and it worked fine until I had to upgrade my PHP version. I am seriously upset that your product version I paid for, and was using perfectly fine, isn’t compatible with the newest version PHP. That should NOT be on me. That should be on you to provide a working version compatible with it! After upgrading, I got errors all over my site. My host provider had to disable it due to YOUR plugin. Then I got: Unable to validate Rank Math SEO registration data. Please try reconnecting. If the issue persists, please try the solution described in our Knowledge Base article: [3. I had Rank Math SEO Version 1.0.225, and Rank Math SEO PRO Version 3.0.0 that was working just fine!
I just now went and purchased Rank Math SEO PRO Version 3.0.68 with l**************@g******** email in order to fix this today. This is the 2nd time I have had to pay for RankMathPRO in less than 5 months!!! Order RANKMATH240810-5190-58135I and just paid Total: $83.88 today. I really don’t appreciate having to pay 2X for the same product because of your version incompatibility. Great customer service would be to REFUND me one of them! Before I leave multiple reviews everywhere.

Rank Math PRO, BUSINESS, and AGENCY are subscription-based services that include access to all updates throughout the subscription period, as long as the plugins are connected to the Rank Math account holding the subscription. Regarding your situation, unfortunately, we cannot mediate any transactions or agreements you had with a third party. Without a receipt or proof of purchase, we cannot verify if a subscription was ever purchased. Additionally, the version of the PRO plugin installed on your site dates back to 2021, which raises concerns, as the PRO plugin is not publicly available. A new subscriber should only have access to the latest version unless the subscription was purchased a while ago.
If the third party indeed purchased a valid subscription—particularly a Business or Agency plan, since the PRO subscription is intended for personal sites and not for client or third-party sites—they should have been able to update the plugin to the latest version and reconnect it to your subscription.
