    Hello,

    Since I have installed RankMath I have been getting an error for the past couple days. The error seems to be connected to the installation of RankMath and also seems to be common in your support forum. I have gone through all the help articles and can’t seem to find a solution mainly cause I can’t login to the admin panel on the site. The error is as follows. Can you please assist with this?

    Error: “There has been a critical error on your website.”

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    The FTP access doesn’t seem to work for me. You may have to login to your site vi FTP and delete the plugin then access your site, reinstall the plugin and follow this troubleshooting guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/ to to check if the issue is due to a conflict with one of your plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please create a clone staging site and share the access so we can dig deeper into the issue.
