Index status tab – not appearing

    Rank Math free

Hi – My ‘Index Status – Advance’ tab is not appearing for single posts and pages, even after I setup the GSC properly and with the ‘Enable index status’ checked to blue, and I’ve also already uninstalled and reinstalled RankMath plugin.

Please help. Do I have to wait a while before it appears. The analytics tab is showing data, etc… and pages are also showing as indexing inside GSC.

There’s no point using RankMath if I don’t have this tab so please tell me what I can do to get it to show up.

    Thanks
    Julie

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Index Status tab not appearing for your single posts and pages. It sounds like you’ve already taken some important steps by ensuring that the Google Search Console (GSC) is set up properly and that the "Enable Index Status" option is checked.

After enabling the Index Status tab, it may take some time for the data to start appearing. Typically, once you have saved the changes, Rank Math will begin fetching data automatically, but you might need to wait for about an hour to see the initial results from the URL Inspection API. Additionally, keep in mind that the data fetch schedule differs for Free (every 7 days) and PRO users (every 3 days).

If you have waited and still do not see the tab, please ensure that you are using a Chromium-based browser like Google Chrome, as sometimes the option can be grayed out in other browsers.

If the problem persists after these checks, we recommend replying to this ticket so a human agent from the Rank Math Support team can assist you further.

Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to resolve it for you soon!
