  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing regarding the Site Health message about autoloaded options affecting performance. Thank you for raising this concern.

Since you have already disabled all plugins and changed the theme, it seems like there might be some autoloaded options in your database that are not related to Rank Math or any other active plugins.

To further troubleshoot this issue, we recommend using the Health Check plugin to perform a more detailed analysis of your site. Here’s how you can do it:

    Installing the Health Check Plugin

    1. Log into your WordPress site and go to the Plugins page.
    2. Click on the Add New button.
    3. Search for Health Check in the plugin repository and click Install Now on the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    4. After installation, click Activate.

    Finding the ‘Site Health’ Option

    1. On the WordPress Menu on your left, click on Tools and then select Site Health.

    Open Site Health Tools

    Troubleshooting Mode

    1. Navigate to the Troubleshooting tab in Site Health.
    2. Press Enable Troubleshooting Mode to start the troubleshooter.

    Enable Troubleshooting Mode

This mode will allow you to enable Rank Math while keeping all other plugins and themes disabled, helping you identify if there’s a specific conflict causing the performance issue.

If the problem persists after these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    Thank you for your patience!

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.

When you create a new option in WordPress, the default is to have it autoloaded, as you can see from this function here: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/add_option/

We don’t change that default behavior with our options, and the size of our options is not so big that it could cause any performance issues by being autoloaded.

You can change the autoload option, but the default behavior will return on your website as soon as that option is regenerated.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
