The error message you are seeing, "An error occurred," may occur if your website is hosted locally. The SEO Analyzer requires access to your site from our server, so it is only available for live sites. If your site is not publicly accessible, that could be the reason for the error.

If your website is live and accessible, please ensure that the SEO Analyzer is enabled in your Rank Math settings. You can do this by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Modules and ensuring that the SEO Analyzer module is activated.

If you continue to experience issues, we recommend replying to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will take over and assist you further.

Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click on the Clear SEO Analyzer button to flush SEO Analyzer data.

Once done, clear your website and any server-level caching on your site before doing the Sitewide analysis again.

If the issue persists then there is something on your server that is blocking the API.

In this case, please get in touch with your host and ask them to whitelist the IP 46.30.211.100 and the user-agent RankMathApi/2.0.2; https://rankmath.com.
