Are you able to access your site? If not, please remove the plugin via FTP, you can get in touch with your host to help you with this. We will also need to take a closer look at this, please include your FTP and WordPress access in the sensitive section so we can dig into it further.
If you are still able to access your site, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
