    Rank Math Pro caused the website to crash, we have disabled the plugin and the website was immediately restored. Tell the plugin developer that the below flaws caused this issue.

    Hello,

    You mentioned that you’re using Rank Math PRO but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Meanwhile, these are happening in the ActionScheduler library but are not related to our plugin, but rather tied to that library.

    You see, the name of our plugin is mentioned there because we include that library, but we haven’t made any modifications to it. We simply load it so that the scheduled action can run on the website.

    This case should only apply to h****@n****************. I don’t need the accounts merged as the other one goes to other websites.
