Could you please search your site on gooogle as site:https://yourdomain.com and check if there are any results. If there are any, it is likely your lost a bit of ranking by having yourpage down. You can recover this by continuing to work on your site and checking with your GSC for any errors to ensure they are taken care of.
If you site doesn’t appear completely then you need to g through the following:
There is only one thing that would cause your site pages to disappear from SERPs due to Rank Math. That reason is if you deliberately or accidentally set your site to be noindex. Youc an check your site with this tool for the noindex tag: https://smallseotools.com/meta-tags-analyzer/
If the site is set to index then we can rule out that this was due to Rank Math.
The other reasons for getting your URLs removed from the indexed are:
-i-. You submitted a removal request via GSC which we can rule out.
-ii-. Your website got penalized due to spam or duplicate content.
-iii-. Your website has issues and page are not opening.
In your case, number -iii- seems to be the issue. Please ensure your pages are loading fine from the front end and that they are included in the sitemap. If they are, head over to you GSC and resubmit your main sitemap. Give it sometime to crawl and reindex your pages. If there are an issues detected, please let us know.
