It seems like there might be a synchronization issue between your Rank Math account and the plugin on your website. To resolve this, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
- Visit your Rank Math account by going to: Rank Math Account
- Check if you can see the correct remaining credits in your account as shown in the screenshot below:
- If the credit count is correct in your account but not reflecting on your website, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by following these steps:
- Go to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
- Click on "Disconnect" and then "Reconnect" your Rank Math account as shown in the screenshots below:
- After reconnecting your account, head over to your Content AI settings and refresh the credits count again by clicking on the refresh button as shown here:
By following these steps, the plugin should request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count on your website.
