The conflict plugin seems to be the one of the custom plugin we have but cannot find the real issue. Basically its a simple plugin which uses JSON to display data for reporting.

The issue is caused by the function parse_user_agent() on the custom reporting plugin. That function is already defined in a library included in our plugin and so it cannot be redeclared again.
Our suggestion is that you prefix all functions in the custom reporting plugin with some combination of letters when registering them to make sure this error doesn’t get triggered with our plugin or any others that might include libraries to extend functionality.
