    Two YEARS ago I wanted to cancel my suscription.
    It Was renewed 2 years again AND I WANT TO REMOVE my credit CARDS from this service. I DONT WANT TO RENEW ANYTHING FROM THIS APP!

    Thank you for contacting support.

    The renewal that happened in May this year was refunded and as such you lost access to the PRO features and the PRO forums where the other tickets were created.

    You should have received an email with the confirmation of the cancellation as well.
