    To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Make sure you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
    2. Head over to your Rank Math settings in WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → Account → Website or visit this URL: Rank Math Account
    3. Check if you can see the correct remaining credits as shown in the screenshot below:

    4. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by going to WordPress admin area → Rank Math → Dashboard → Help. Here are the screenshots for reference:

    5. After reconnecting your account, refresh the credits count by going to Content AI and clicking on the refresh button as shown in this screenshot:

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.2

    We have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.

    Please reconnect it by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.
