    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

About issue number 1, since you say you are using that cache plugin, have you already excluded your sitemaps from being cached?

    /(.*)sitemap(.*).xml
    /(.*)sitemap.xsl

About your second issue, how hard is your keywords to rank? Since if you can find your URLs on Google by searching on Google: site:your url it means they are indexed, but if they are not ranking for those keywords, it could mean you need to build more off-site SEO (like link building).

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi Alberto,

    Thanks for your inputs.

    For point#1
I am a newbie in blogging world and hence not sure how to add it. Can you plz guide me with instructions.

Also, do i literally copy paste your lines => /(.*)sitemap(.*).xml and
/(.*)sitemap.xsl ?? Or do i replace it with my specific sitemap like https://www.savemoremoney.in/sitemap_index.xml

    For point#2
My keywords are on personal finance and few of them are pretty easy to rank. Inspite of that, I am not seeing any results. I see traffic when i publish article and post it on FB/Whatsapp etc. But apart from that, dont see myself in search results or organic growth/traffic on the page.

    Hello,

About question 1, what cache plugin are you using so we can advise you better?

About question 2, could you share some of the keywords you are trying to rank for and also the posts which you want to rank for those keywords (in the Sensitive Data section) so we can check it?

    Looking forward to help you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi Alberto,

I am using W3 Total Cache plugin (version 0.14.4)

    Hello,

Here is a simple guide to add the rules suggested to exclude sitemap from caching.

If you search your keywords and append your site name in the end of the keyword, your post will appear in the list. The keywords your are using are quite competitive and a lot of existing sites are already ranking for the same.

Ranking on Google depends on so much more than just your on-page optimization. You could have the perfect article and still struggle to break the top 10 in SERPs. Here are some of the factors Google considers when ranking you:

    1. Your website’s authority

    2. Your content’s quality and how better it is than the other article currently ranking.

    3. How competitive the keyword is.

    4. How many backlinks you have and if they are better than what the other guys ranking for that keyword have.

    5. Your website’s crawlability.

    6. Frequency of new content and content updates.

    7. So much more that there is a dedicated blog post on it by Brian Dean 🙂

I would recommend that you keep at it and work on acquiring more links to break into the top SERPs.

Hope that helps you and please do not hesitate to get in touch if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.
