Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue with updating your Content AI credits. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing.
To address this problem, please ensure that you have logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once logged in, visit the Rank Math account area here to verify your remaining credits.
After confirming the credits in your account, head over to your WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Content AI, and refresh the Content AI credits. If the credits are still not showing up, you can try disconnecting and reconnecting your Rank Math account as shown in the tutorial.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting support.
Looking at the account we can see that you have consumed all the free credits you get monthly on your account.
Those credits will renew on Aug 9th and you will get 750 credits to use on the tools mentioned here: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-ai-free/
It’s also important to note that the free credits don’t allow you to use all the Content AI tools.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Ok, yes it is certain that I consumed all the credit.
I don’t understand why I have 786/750 credits in my account. I assume that I consumed 786, and that RM credits me 750, subtracting an excess of 36 from the month prior, to the start of the new cycle.
In other words, this figure (750) would be because I would have exceeded the credits given in the previous cycle.
But it is not clear on the account page, it should be better indicated, I say it in good faith with my journalist’s “critical eye” :}
Thank you, greetings to you, and Bhanu!
Hello,
Your assumption is right. However, the excess 36 credits that were overused will not be deducted when the credits are renewed.
You will have the monthly 750 credits upon renewal.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for your suggestion on making the available units more recognizable, we will be sure to pass it on to the relevant team.
The figure on the left represents the consumed units while the right figure represents the total units. Sometimes the consumed units extend beyond the available units in scenarios where a running Content AI task needed more credits than was available to complete.
Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you Adetayo and Ike for the responses and for receiving my suggestion with interest. Greetings
