The homepage doesn’t currently include any Schema that triggers the review snippets. It only includes a Video Schema currently added to the page.
As for the other page shared, it includes a Product Schema and it’s showing the correct review snippets, however, we don’t recommend adding the Product Schema to pages where there are no actual products being sold.
In the long run, if Google catches on to this, you will incur manual penalties and hinder your SEO.
It’s important to note that the Google reviews you are showing on your website are considered self-serving so it’s against the Google guidelines to add them to the Schema markup: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/structured-data/review-snippet
As mentioned by a Google product expert, the reviews gathered externally, meaning outside the website, such as the Google reviews should not be added to the markup: https://support.google.com/webmasters/thread/279394639/review-schema-using-google-store-ratings-program?hl=en
