    Hello,

    I checked the website and there are multiple errors the website and the issue is caused by the external third party plugin “Rank Math SEO”, and when this plugin is deactivated then the permalinks are saved from WordPress admin panel > Settings > Permalinks the page loads normally inside Elementor plugin

    My website is : geoparticulier.fr
