However, it looks like you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin on your website, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

Thank you very much for your help, I appreciate it. The problem was caused by wprocket in combination with rank math. Any ideas why? Just on plugin on its own works without any issues (still on Avada theme), but as soon as I activate rank math and wprocket, the whole backend does not load on one particular page, neither Avada builder nor rank math (although I do not use any plugins on that page.
Any ideas what the cause could be for that?
