I use Elementor along with Rank Math.
I purchased an AI licence yesterday and I am still being asked to buy a licence with Zero credits showing.

To connect your new license to Rank Math AI, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Rank Math account that you used to purchase the AI license.
- Navigate to the "Websites" section from the left sidebar. You can do this by visiting this URL: Rank Math Account
- Check if you can see the correct remaining credits under your account. You should be able to view the total number of Content AI credits available.
- If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account in your WordPress admin area by going to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
- After reconnecting your account, refresh the credits count in the Content AI section to ensure it displays the correct number of credits.

That allowed me to activate my account.
However, it has not linked to my Elementor account.
When I try to use it within Elementor it still asks me to sign up for AI account.
This happens when I use “Edit” and when I attempt to make changes within the full Elementor editor.Just in case it may be a part of the issue,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
We have transferred your purchased AI credits to this account email account.
Now, please update your Rank Math Plugin to the latest version: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
You can disconnect your account by navigating to
WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Helpand then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.
Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.
Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
Lastly, to avoid any confusion in the future, would you like to merge these two accounts?
If so, please tell us the preferred email address and we will do the needful.

I appear to have lost my credits and I’m still being asked to buy an AI licesce.Note that I have a free Rank Maths account to go along with this AI license.
I would like my email accounts to be merged and to nominate my main email address to be f*************@g********

The accounts are now merged under the preferred email address.
As for the usage of the Content AI features with Elmentor, please note that you need to access via the SEO tab in the Elementor editor and not directly inside the content.
The options to write and build with AI that you see inside the widgets of Elementor are from the AI options of Elementor, not from our plugin.

As I mentioned in my last correspondence, matters have simply got worse.
When I go into General Settings / Content AI it shows that I have no credits.
Can we wind back to solve this basic problem please?

Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > General Settings > Content AI and then click the little circling arrow to update the credit count.
When you click that if you see any error message please share that message with us so we can help correct the issue.

As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
