The option to reset or top-up Content AI credits is only available in the EXPERT Content AI subscription.
If you exhaust your credits in a month, you have the following options:
– You can wait till the next month for the credits to replenish
– You can upgrade your subscription to a higher plan
– If you already have the highest plan, then you can reset your credits for the remainder of that month by paying a nominal one-time fee.Now suppose you’ve an Expert Content AI subscription plan and you exhaust your credits in a month. In this case, you can reset the credits for the running month by paying a one-time-fee in here: https://rankmath.com/content-ai/#pricing

The only way to get additional credits is by upgrading your plan to the next tier. You can do so by heading over to your Rank Math Account > Subscriptions > Content AI >
Upgrade to CreatororUpgrade to Expert
Also, you mentioned that you are using Rank Math PRO but it seems like you have used a different email address for the PRO version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

I am in this situation because I was only tryng the software i just did one letter to my daughter and 5000 credits were distrtroyed in one day. How is possible?
I do not understand your policy, without credits people stop to use your software and need to wait one month
It is impossible if i have a normal work flow, so the people abandon you for different companies (chat gpt it is only one example) and you loose (many) clients. You should help the new clients.
And the credits are used by you to pay what? Ho much credits you ask for what? It is not written on your website.

Content AI consumes one credit for each word, 500 credits for keyword research, and 50 credits for ALT text generation. We have explained this in the FAQs on the Content AI page and also in this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-ai-plans-and-credits/
You purchased the Content AI plan during the summer sale, so you have 7500 monthly credits instead of 5000. However, since you have used all of them, you will have to upgrade to a higher plan or wait for the credits to reset next month.

Please confirm if you purchased the PRO plan before buying the Content AI Starter plan. Please note that both are different products. We have checked your FastSpring account, and the card was only used to purchase the Content AI plan, not the PRO plan.
If you have purchased the PRO plan separately, please confirm that date of purchase so we can check this further.
