Hello,
I apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with the Author XML Map not showing the author pages in the list after enabling the "XML Map for Authors" option in Rank Math.
To troubleshoot this issue, please ensure the following steps are correctly configured:
-
Enable Author Archives in Rank Math Settings:
- Navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → Authors.
- Ensure that the Author Archives option is enabled and set to Index.
-
Check Author Profile Settings:
- For each author, ensure that the "index" option is checked in their profile settings under the Rank Math SEO section.
- Input the necessary details in the social media URLs and the
SameAs Schema property as needed.
If you have verified these settings and the issue persists, you may need to check if there are any conflicting settings or plugins affecting the display of author pages in the XML map.
If the problem continues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
