Hello,
I apologize for the issue you are facing with the Twitter card on your website. To further investigate and assist you with this matter, I recommend checking a few additional steps:
-
Check Open Graph Tags: Ensure that the OG tags are correctly implemented on your website. Sometimes, issues can arise if the tags are not placed correctly or if there are any errors in the implementation.
-
Image Dimensions & Format: Verify that the image you are using for the Twitter card meets the recommended dimensions (1200px X 630px) and is in a supported format (jpeg, png, gif, or WebP).
-
Clear Cache: Clear both your website and server cache, including any caching plugins or services like Cloudflare that you might be using.
If after checking these steps the issue persists, please feel free to reply here, and a human agent from our support team will take over the ticket to assist you further.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are here to help you resolve this issue.

This is the og:image tag in your page’s source code:
https://www.kcrconsultants.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/cropped-kcr-favicon.pngIf that is not the image, please note that the image should be as close as 1200 x 630 pixels, and the image file format you are using is only between jpeg, gif, or png as per Opengraph Standards.
Alternatively, you can set a resized version of the picture and set it under the Social tab in Rank Math:

Hi,
Am getting the error, Twitter card incomplete. Pages with incomplete microdata for creating a Twitter card.
Hello,
It seems that you are using an external tool to check this data and they are outputting incorrect data as we tested the page on the Twitter card validator and the actual Twitter/X platform and the page shows without any issues.
If the report from that external tool shows the error on specific pages of your website outside the homepage, please share those with us and we’ll test them as well.
Thank you.
Hello,
