You indeed have duplicate content of the title and H1 if your title exactly matches the H1 tags on your site.
Since Semrush requires that this should be different, you may need to change any of them. I suggest changing the structure of your title meta by configuring it under Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Post.
Usually, the ideal structure is the default one which is %title% %sep% %sitename%.

Instead of %title% in the Single Post Title, you can set it to %title% %sep% %sitename% to give it a unique format.
After that, clear your website caches and allow Semrush to recrawl your entire website.
