  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you are facing connectivity issues while trying to link your analytics account and search console in Rank Math. To troubleshoot this, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics.
    2. Click on the Test Connections option at the top right of the Analytics settings.
    3. Check if the connection status shows a red signal, indicating a glitch in the connection.

If you see a red signal, it means there is an issue with the connection. To resolve this, please reconnect your Google account by following these steps:

    1. Click on the Reconnect Search Console connection option as shown in the image below:

Hi, I now have the analytics show green when I test the connection. However the search console for my website keeps being red, indicating connection issues. Could you look into this please ?

    Hello,

If you do not see the properties, please verify using the URL prefix and ensure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

    Prefix

You can follow our guide here to create the URL Prefix property:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/#num-1-1-open-google-search-console

The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.

Let us know how this goes.
