Hello,
Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. We give you an option to choose between the two during the setup wizard and you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode.
You can switch to the Advanced Mode from the top-right corner at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard

I did run the setup gain, in advanced mode. Robots and sitemap showed up. However, sitemap appeared to be empty. Looking into the code, it was not..
In this case – is it still usable?

Did you enable the Sitemap module from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard?

If you are saying that the actual sitemap file is empty, please follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server.
