    Hi Rank Math Support Team,

    I’m currently facing an issue with my website where the product category pages are returning a 404 error. Despite several attempts to troubleshoot this, the problem persists.

    I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing a 404 error on your product category pages on sneakerdefender.com. This issue can be related to the sitemap or server configuration.

    To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Check if the product category pages are set to index in the robots meta tag. You can do this by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Advanced tab in the post editing screen and ensuring they are set to index.

    2. Ensure that your sitemap is not affected by server-level caching. You can add a filter to disable sitemap caching by adding code to your theme’s rank-math.php file as explained in our knowledge base article.
