Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Rank Math should be compatible with Toolset’s CPTs. The issue here is just a visual bug that causes the link option not to be seen.

if you’re not comfortable sharing access to your site with us, you can share access to a staging copy of your site. You can use WP Staging to create a simple staging copy of your website and grant us access to that one so we can investigate the issue for you.
