But now I don’t have any subscription I don’t understand anymore what’s going on. Can you please tell me. If there was already a subscription and I ordered a new one and you merged the two, if one is stopped there should be the first one or am I totally wrong? Please tell me.

When you opened this ticket you had one active Content AI subscription and since you requested a cancellation of the last order we honored that and issued a refund for it.
With that cancellation you don’t have any other active subscription on this account.

OK, but I don’t understand. You told me you merged 2 subscriptions (and I don’t want 2 subscriptions, I just want one that renews next year) and I asked you to end the last (second) subsription and I have no Subscription. Thats very weird.
But ok.

Prior to initiating the cancellation and refund, the account you opened this ticket with had only a Content AI subscription.
Please did you purchase any other subscription within the last year (Our subscriptions are renewable annually) perhaps using a different account/email?
If you did can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
