I need a Refund for the Content Ai Package that was billed to my account. I have never been been Charged for this package before and yet Rankmath has billed me without my knowledge.

The renewal is for your Content AI credits that were purchased on June 27, 2023.
We sent out an email reminder 7 days prior to the charge. Did you not receive that?
If you received it, then sorry to disappoint you, but our refund policy does not extend to renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

I did not receive this email. Additionally, the package I have been charged is different from the one I chose to purchase last year. The price is almost 3 times more.

If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

The refund has entered my account, thanks for the timely responses. Please ensure that the renewals made on subscriptions is managed better however. I can no longer purchase from Rankmath without the doubt I might get charged a multiple of the amount with no previous discretion. Thanks for your time.
