Can you please disable the multisite network option you have set on the configuration file? If you want this to be a multisite you need to do the network setup first by going to WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Network Setup.

We were also unable to edit your theme files using Theme File Editor, and file editing through a File Manager plugin also proved unsuccessful.
