I have checked the page source code and it is set to index. Then I checked when Google crawled your site and it was the 5th of September so I would wait a few days until Google crawls again the site to see if the issue is solved and if not, just let us know and we will continue helping you.

but its like this for past one month. this page gives me no index error. in google search console for past one months. google crawled the website many time still it say not able to solve the indexing issue plus it say the page as no index bot. could you please check once again from your side.

We checked on this 3rd party tool and even there it is mentioned that the page is set to be indexable:

It is possible that the No Index tag you are seeing in Google Search Console is an old one and Google just hasn’t crawled your page since they saw it last time.
What is the last crawl date on that no index?
You can ask Google to re-crawl the URL and see how it goes: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6065812?hl=en
