Hello,
I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are facing with Rank Math showing an error about missing ALT attributes for images on your homepage, even though you have manually inserted them.
To address this problem, let’s ensure that the ALT attributes are correctly added to your images. Here are the steps you can follow:
- Make sure that the ALT attributes are correctly added to the images on your homepage.
- Check if the ALT attributes are added to the images used in post or page content as Rank Math adds missing ALT attributes only for those images.
- Verify that the "Add missing ALT attributes" feature is enabled in Rank Math’s General Settings.
If you have followed these steps and the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. We are here to help you resolve this issue.
Best regards.

Hello, Thank you for your reply ,I have followed all the the steps you had mentioned , and the error still here .
Here is the site url : https://hollywoodsmile.tn/Hello,
Please note that images will be counted if they are added to the content directly. Images added by your WordPress theme or page builder to various sections like your sliders, thumbnails, icons, etc. will not be affected as they only apply to images added directly to your content.
Also note that the Add missing ALT attributes and Add missing TITLE attributes options in Rank Math are not added to your images in the media gallery as the feature works only on the fly (applied on the front end when your page loads on the browser).
In that case, you may get in touch with your theme provider to add or modify the alt/title attributes.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you for the reply .
All the images are added directly to the content . In fact ,I used hello elementor as a theme , which is a simple theme , soo noo need to contact the theme provider.
By the way, I have already followed the steps in the link attached to your reply but the error still there .
Please see an example of the images(please check the link below) that are cusing the errors , their source is kind of weird , they don’t belong to the images that I added to my website content .
Thank you in advance for your support.link to the images : https://imgur.com/a/sNCoiaR .
Hello,
We tried accessing your site but it was returning an HTTP Error 500:

From the screenshot, you shared earlier of the error, it is likely those image links are added to the source code by some plugin/theme most likely in the head element and not the main content area.
Please be aware that Rank Math is designed to automatically add missing ALT attributes exclusively for images that are directly incorporated into the content of posts or pages.
Our SEO analyzer tool scans through your homepage and if it sees any image element without an alt text, it flags it.
You can search for the image URLs in the source of your page and you will be able to check that they are missing alt text or have an empty alt attribute.
If indeed those IMG tags have been added by a plugin the only way to add an alt text is to do some from the plugin (might need to contact their support) or if it uses an image in the gallery to add alt text there.
We hope this helps.
Thanks.
