Were you able to check the solution my colleague proposed to you? This one:
I assume this is happening on your AMP URLs. If you are using AMP for WP, please head over to AMP > Settings > SEO and select Rank math in the dropdown then enable canonical from Rank math. If you are using any other AMP plugin, please enable the AMP module in the Rank Math dashboard.
In case you did and it is not fixing your issue, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
