PRO license is not reflected in the account screen

    Rank Math pro

    RPO licenses were purchased from Japan today.

    However, the PRO license does not appear on the account screen I was guided to.

    Please check ASAP.

    1. Log into your Rank Math account.
    2. Navigate to the Rank Math Support Forum to open a ticket.
    3. In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of the issue.
    4. Provide more details in the Ticket Question section.
    5. In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email address you used to purchase the PRO plan or a screenshot of the invoice you received from FastSpring.com.
    6. Click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.

    Our support team will then locate your PRO account and assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

    Assuming that the Free and PRO versions are already installed on your website, please reconnect the website with the correct account to fully utilize all the features.

    Please reconnect the website to your Rank Math account and then clear the Rank Math Transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Transients:

    If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
