  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you are facing with your website and the fatal errors related to Rank Math. To address the fatal error you are experiencing, please follow these steps:

    1. Backup Your Database: Before proceeding, it’s essential to take a backup of your database. You can find a guide on how to do this here.

    2. Use the Repair Action Scheduler Plugin: You can use our Repair Action Scheduler plugin to automatically fix this issue on most sites. You can download the plugin from here for single sites or here for multisite installations.

      • Click on the green “Code” button on the GitHub page and then select “Download ZIP”.
      • Upload the downloaded ZIP file to your site by navigating to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin in your WordPress admin area.
      • Activate the plugin, and it should automatically fix the issue and deactivate itself. You should see messages confirming the creation of necessary tables.
    3. Clear Cache: After following these steps, please clear all caches, including server caches, to ensure the changes take effect.

If you encounter any further issues or need additional assistance, please let us know by replying to this ticket. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

From the error log, the missing database tables are for Google Analytics.

Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Recreate Missing Database Tables button and see if that works for you: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-status-and-tools/#recreate-missing-database-tools

Then, please connect your site to your Google account in Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics/

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If Database Tools is not showing, please switch to the Advanced Mode: https://rankmath.com/kb/switch-from-easy-to-advanced-mode/

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

Good morning, I have tried this, however still having the same issue

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Hello, I have now provided this information for you, thank you

    Hello,

We just checked the website and we don’t see the error log being triggered anymore for this website. That error was related to the Analytics module and we can see that this module is now fetching the data and it’s showing the same under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Analytics.

It’s possible that those error messages are old ones that were triggered prior to the Analytics module working properly on this website.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
