Rank Math Analytics does not show any data - Support

Rank Math free

I use my site Rank Math and Rank Math Pro but, Site Analytics, SEO Performance, Keywords, Rank Tracker, index Status, I can’t see any data.

I also follow this but the problem can’t be fixed

After performing these steps, please check if the data starts populating in the Analytics dashboard at Rank Math SEO → Analytics.

For initial troubleshooting, you can try to follow this guideline and see if that works for you: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/

If the issue still persists, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further for you.

1. At first add the following filter to your website:
```
add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );
```

2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:
```
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
```
This is how it should look like:

When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.

However, you mentioned you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin on your website, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

We found that the scheduled action to fetch the data from Google was missing on your site. We created the scheduled action with the recurrence of 3 days and now Rank Math will automatically fetch the data on your website.

For now, we manually fetched the data on your website and it is showing on your Analytics Dashboard:

However, we can see you’re currently using the Rank Math Agency subscription on your website, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
