Check Content AI Subscription: Ensure that your Content AI subscription is active. If not, you may see messages like "To access this Content AI feature, you need to have an active subscription plan." You can check your subscription status by visiting this page.

Connect Your Website to Rank Math: If you encounter a message asking you to connect your website to Rank Math, make sure to log into your Rank Math account. Click on the "Connect Now" button as shown in the screenshot below:

- Refresh Content AI Credits: If you recently updated Rank Math or encountered issues after a revamp, refresh your Content AI credits by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ and check if you can see the correct Content AI credits.
If the credit count is correct on your account but not on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
