Yeah but when we purchased this there was no such thing it was saying you would never have to pay like any crazy rates that’s how it made it sound and then I guess you guys changed everything around where our pro version is worth nothing anymore and that is not what brought us to make the company what it is today that’s the problem sometimes a lot of companies once they get a certain size they forget who got them there us little guys that made the big thing happen

Our intention with “locked-in pricing” was to ensure that the rate at which you initially subscribed remained consistent as long as your subscription remained active. Unfortunately, this doesn’t equate to a lifelong plan but rather guarantees that you would not be subject to price increases during your subscription period.
When your subscription lapses, it needs to be automatically renewed to continue enjoying the benefits of the PRO plan. Manual renewal is not possible at the moment.
