Content AI not activating after purchase

    Please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

    After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    We have disconnected and reconnected the account and tried to refresh the credits as per your screenshot but the credits aren’t refreshed and we are given an error message as soon as we select the refresh credits action.

    Here is the error message that pops up.

    We have fixed the issue for your site. Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help and Connect your Rank Math account.

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI, and it should work without any issues.
