    Hello there

    My website is lucybieri.com, with the email l*********@g********. I purchased the pro version of Rank Math few days ago, using this email c*****@b********* for registration. I forgot, I had registered the free version with l********@g********. The problem is that its still recommending that I purchase the pro version. I am having difficulty to verify that I had purchased. I guessed its because I used this email c*****@b*********.. I would like to keep the registration with l********@g********. Can you help connect my site to the pro version and not Free.. And delete my registration with c*****@b*********..

    Another issue, please do not debit my Card for the content ai after 14 days.. I tried it, with the free credit, and I was not that pleased with the content it produced.. Maybe in the future, I’ll get it, but not now. So, please do not debit my credit card for it. Thanks.

    We can see that the second email address does have a PRO account with us.

    To avoid any confusion in the future, would you like to merge these two accounts?

    If yes, please send an email to our billing and accounts department at s******@r*********** using the second email address and cc the first email and tell us the preferred email address, and we will do the needful.
