Please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ and check if you can see the correct Content AI credits.
If the credit count is correct on your account but not on your website, please try to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help:

After doing so, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Hi, the credits are not showing in my RankMath account. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting my website, but that has not worked. When I try to refresh the content AI credits in the dashboard, it gives me an invalid API key error.
When I log into my RankMath account, the credits are 0/7500, but I have not used any yet. I cannot get them to show in my account or sync.
Last, in my subscriptions area, I have confirmed that I’ve subscribed to, and paid for, Content AI.
