    Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

    The filter is meant to be added to your active theme or child theme functions.php file.

    Please note that if your target is your category pages, secondary keywords are not considered in tests and that is why the were removed. Most of category optimization is dependent on the included pages rather than the category itself.
