Unable to send test email

    Hi, I am unable to send test emails from the preview screen. (I used our domain, so that is not the issue). Please advise. Thank you!

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support. We’re sorry for the trouble you’re having.

    Try to send a test email report by adding this suffix &send=1 part to the email report preview link. You can also use this link to send a test email report manually: https://domain.com/?rank_math_analytics_report_preview=1&send=1

    Change domain.com with the actual domain name.

    Then check your email to see the report.

    To ensure the uninterrupted delivery of Rank Math’s Email Reports, we request you to whitelist the email address w********@y*******************, where you’d need to replace your-domain-name.com with your actual domain name.

    If however, you didn’t get the report, you can use a plugin like WP Mail SMTP to configure your email settings.

    Hi, thank you for your reply. The link or even just adding &send=1 does not work. It redirects to our home page

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
