    Hi There,

    I am trying to figure out why we cant see data on our site. If I go to General Settings > Analytics I see that we are connected to Search Console and Analytics, but when I test connections it says I am only connected to Analytics. Let me know your thoughts.

    I’m sorry to hear that you are facing issues with viewing stats on your site. To troubleshoot the problem where you are connected to Search Console and Analytics but the test connections show you are only connected to Analytics, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics.
    2. Click on the Test Connections option at the top right of the Analytics settings.
    3. If it shows that you are only connected to Analytics, try reconnecting your Search Console account by clicking on the Reconnect link in the Analytics settings.

    If the issue persists even after reconnecting your Search Console account, I recommend checking for any error logs by following the instructions provided in our error log guide. If the issue continues, please reply here, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    Please update the plugin to the latest version v1.0.221 :

    Also, please note that domain property (sc:domain) won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus. In addition, the URL-prefix property helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you

    Please verify using the URL prefix and ensure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

    The prefixes seem to match the site. How can I confirm?

    We used the following tutorial to import the missing data to the website: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/

    You can head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Analytics to see all the data available in the Free version and the next report will include the same.

    Hello,

    The error was from an internal plugin – Rank Math Debug, which we used when debugging the stats issue on your site. It should have been deactivated and equally deleted when we were done.

    You can ignore those errors without any consequence on your site.
