    Hello,
    I am a early adopter of Rankmath.
    I had a 59 usd pro subscription since 3 years. I see my card expired and that Pro plan has been canceled.
    I just see that now subscription is $95.88 for the same pro plan.

    With tax, pro plan go from $70.80 to $115.06 a year ?

    Can I please continu my 59 usd plan ? Thanks in advance.

    FastSpring, our payment processor, automatically tries to charge your payment method on the due date and then 1, 3, and 5 days after a declined rebill/payment failed.

    There is no option to renew manually at this time.

    I’ve just escalated this ticket so the partial refund will be processed. Regarding the error you mentioned: This error is usually caused by a corrupted or incomplete ZIP file that is downloaded from our server or by trying to update the Pro plugin while connected to a free account.

    Please follow these steps to fix the issue:

    • Visit the Rank Math account page that has the Pro plan and double-check that it is the same account that is connected to your website. If it is not, you will need to disconnect and connect to the right account. I can also attempt to merge the two accounts if that’s okay – let me know.
