I’ve just escalated this ticket so the partial refund will be processed. Regarding the error you mentioned: This error is usually caused by a corrupted or incomplete ZIP file that is downloaded from our server or by trying to update the Pro plugin while connected to a free account.
Please follow these steps to fix the issue:
- Visit the Rank Math account page that has the Pro plan and double-check that it is the same account that is connected to your website. If it is not, you will need to disconnect and connect to the right account. I can also attempt to merge the two accounts if that’s okay – let me know.
