    Customer service, your company tried to take money out of my account. It’s unacceptable as I have not set up any agreements with you. Please confirm deletion of all my bank card details and other personal details you keep as I am going to delete your details as well and I will delete your free plugin. There was never an agreement on a continues use nor on regular payments. Awaiting your confirmation as I will pass this on to my bank to future protect me by such attacks.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    3 email addresses involved. I do not agree on this subscription. This is a mix of information and very confusing. I have deleted this plugin and would like my money back as I had not received information of a renewal. It should have been visible to me but it was not.

    my account showed no details of any subscription. I was not informed I have not set up any continuation of this item.

    I found evidence now, that you set me up on a free trail version of your pro app and I had no awareness of this action. I was not informed of it as well, so I never use the apps tools. And as I see now that you just put me onto a subscription I never signed up to. I will claim my money back and have informed my bank to take action against this unauthorised charge.

    It seems that you are able to share the screenshot in the sensitive data section.

    We have located the PRO account and we have shared the email address in the sensitive data section.

    However, this seems to be a renewal purchase. Please note that our refund policy does not extend for renewal subscriptions. Before the renewal happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

    Hi, thanks for your reply, yes I am very sorry but I had not got this email with any reminder. As mentioned three different emails were involved in this whole process and I was shocked by the large charge on my account, I have not intentionally decided to use. I also have to point out to the fact that I was set up on this trail rankmath pro version unknowingly as I was in believe using the free version. I have neither a receipt of this item nor any proof of that I was on a trail that would lead to a paid version. I do not agree on this and do apologise for any inconvenience but I would like this to be refunded. Please support me with that. Thanks

    It is also not correct that’s a renewal subscription, as I never had used a paid version of your service and there was no subscription as I never applied to a subscription. I will deliver proof of this. The first receipt ever I received is from the 13.6.2024 when you tried to put me on an overly expensive subscription plan (actually the highest you have, including completely new items like Ai tools etc) that cost much more than the normal subscription and it was never my free will to purchase this bundle of items. It was not chosen by me.
    I have contacted my bank on the 13.6.2024 to cancel this transaction and help me with the refund process. Please support me. Thanks

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
